Surrounded by cooking at a young age, Eric Zediker's culinary career began at the home of his grandmother.

As a high school senior, Eric's desire to be involved in cooking grew as he took his first job as a dishwasher in a local kitchen. He payed close attention to the cooks and asked many questions which brought him to the realization of his culinary career path. After high school, Eric enrolled at the Mohawk Valley Community College for the Culinary Arts in Rome, NY. During his time there he learned basic skills and techniques to further develop his passion.

After graduation Eric began his career at Wildflowers, a four star restaurant at Turning Stone Casino & Resort. Wildflowers allowed Eric the opportunity to work with high quality ingredients in a fine dining atmosphere. He was pushed to perfect the skill and attentive detail that went into each dish. His time at Wildflowers instilled a passion and drive that Eric takes with him everywhere.

Determined to shake things up, Eric moved to Boston to take the position of sous chef at Fava Restaurant in Needham. Fava's open kitchen allowed him to showcase his acquired cooking skills on the line while continuing to assist in overall menu development. Eric believes that great ideas start within the mind, then naturally evolve to the plate. Eric joined the Citrio team in September of 2008 to further his career and expand his culinary endeavor.
